Questions
What kind of tables does your facility have? Round tables for the guests and also for the cake and punch. Long tables for the head table and gift table.
How many people do you seat at each table? 8 at each guest table
Do you prepare extra meals and do I get to keep the leftovers? We prepare for the number of meals you guarantee. You are billed at this number (the full invoice is due seven business days before your event). If you do not serve that number we replace the paid-for meals with leftovers. If you serve the number you guarantee there are no leftovers. If we serve more meals than you paid for, you are billed for the additional meals.
Do you do sit down service? Our standard service is based on buffet service. Sit down or family style service is available for an additional charge.
Can I bring in my own cake and DJ? Yes
When can I decorate? If you have a Saturday event booked you may be able to decorate the Friday night before at the discretion of management. You are allowed four hours to decorate: either 3:00-7:00 pm on Friday or 8:00-Noon on Saturday. Please request the decorating guidelines sheet to ensure decorating goes as smoothly as possible.
When do I have to take things down after my event? All gifts and decorations that you wish to keep must be removed from the facility the night of your event.
What time should my DJ quit? Music entertainment should end by 12:30 am.
What time should my cake, flowers, and DJ arrive? All deliveries must be scheduled. Please have the appropriate people call us to schedule the times that fit both of our schedules.
How does the bar work? We can accommodate any type of bar service you would like from full or partial hosted (open) bar to a strictly cash bar.
When do I set up the menu and number of people? Your plans may be set up as far in advance as you would like. We require the menu to be set one month in advance. Your final number count is due ten days to two weeks in advance. All bar service requests are due three weeks in advance.
